Bluewave Taxis Standard Service Agreement and Guidelines (Updated Version: November 2023)

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmation of reservations will be provided through email or SMS. Bluewave Taxis is not liable for booking inaccuracies made by clients.

  • To ensure timely service for pickups and drop-offs, particularly when connecting to flights, trains, or buses, book well in advance. Cancellation notices less than 48 hours prior may incur fees. Inform Bluewave Taxis promptly about any schedule changes.

  • For prearranged services, not appearing or failing to cancel within 48 hours will result in a charge of 75% of the reservation fee, payable by the customer.

Payment Terms

  • We accept all principal credit cards and cash. Full payment is due upon completion of the journey.

  • Receipts are available upon request, and credit card receipts can be sent via email or SMS. Bookings of certain types or sizes may require a deposit.

Liability Clause

  • Bluewave Taxis is not accountable for client losses like missed transportation connections or personal/professional setbacks due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. Customer safety is our priority; we will communicate any weather or safety-related travel concerns as early as possible.

  • We have a strict policy against violence. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated, and our vehicles are equipped with CCTV for legal purposes.

Customer Responsibility

  • Bluewave Taxis retains the right to deny service to any passenger believed to be intoxicated or posing a safety risk.

  • Passengers will be held accountable for any damage to Bluewave vehicles, enforceable through legal means if necessary.

  • Eating and drinking are prohibited inside Bluewave vehicles.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats.

  • A charge of £250.00 will be applied for any soiling, in addition to costs for repairs or replacements.

  • Found items will be handed over to the local council or police.

Acceptance of Terms

  • All passengers agree to these terms and conditions upon booking with Bluewave Taxis.
